At Bestvintagewholesale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bulk orders. If your items are not as described or arrive damaged, we offer a straightforward 14-day return window to ensure your business inventory meets your quality standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Await Approval

  Our quality control team will review your request to ensure it meets our vintage grading criteria and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once we receive and inspect the returned wholesale lot, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a credit to your account within 5-7 business days.
